Delete from the app
You can delete your account inside the TexBazaar Android app by opening More and selecting Delete. After deletion, your account login will no longer work.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email info@thetexbazaar.com from your registered email address. If your account uses a phone number, include the registered mobile number in your request so that we can verify the account.
Data deleted
When an account-deletion request is completed, we delete or deactivate the account profile, login credentials, contact details, saved address details, listings, posts, enquiries and user-generated app content associated with the account, where technically and legally possible.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or subscription/payment compliance. These records are kept only for as long as necessary or legally required.
Processing time
Deletion requests are normally processed within seven business days after we verify the account owner. Some backup or legally retained records may take longer to fully expire.
